   Sume of Six pounds Eight Shillings and Eight pence Debt and that the obligatory above —
   mentioned it is Act and Deed And is willing that Judgmt. Shall be entred for the Same.
   and Cost thereon Accrueing. Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz.t this
   fourth day of November Annoque Domini   one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen
   That the afd Plt. Philip Kennard Recover against the Said Deft George Hill as well
   the afd Sume of Six Pounds Eight Shillings and Eight pence Currant money of
   the Country Debt and also the Sume of Two hundred Eighty five pounds of Tobacco
   Cost by the afd Plt about his Suite in this behalfe Expended [is?] by the Court here
   of his assent adjudged And the Said Deft in mercy

    and now at this Court Came the Said Plt. by Francis Cooke his Attry And —
   Acknowledges that the Plt. hath received in part of the above Judgment the .
   Sume of five pounds Currant money of this Province &ca ———

   Bill filed   
   Nathll Hynson | This being an Accon of Debt for the Sume of Six
                at | pounds two Shillings and Six pence Sterlg The Same .
   George Hill~~ - | writ was by the Sherf of Said County Endorsed as foll vizt
   ————— | Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf And now at this -
   Court Came the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry and the Said Deft being Called
   Came And the Said Plt by his afd Attry prays that the Said Deft may give Special
   bayle to the above Accõn which is granted And that William Frisby Gentleman~
   high Sherf of Said County keepe the Said George Hill in Safe Custody untill he .
   Shall give Special bayle to ye afd Accõn .
   Grigory Bruckes | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon the Case The Same
                at | writ was by the Sherf of Said County Returned Endorsed as
   George Hill—— | foll vizt Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf - The Said.


Plt Came by Thomas Bowne his attry And the Said Deft
   being Called Came and the Said Plt Comes into Court and Says the Deft is Indebted
   to him And takes his Corporall Oath on ye Holy Evangilist of Almighty God that
   he belives if it is not Secured to him he Shall loose ye Same and now the Sd
   Plt by his afd Attry Prays that the Said Deft may give Special bayle to
   ye above Accõn which is granted and that William Frisby Gentleman high—
   Sherrife of Said County keep the Said George Hill in Safe Custody untill he.
   Shall give Special bayle to the afd Accõn
