March Court 1715 172 his Accot~. whereby the accõn afd Cannot be prosecuted as it Stands Stated on which the Said Plt by his attry afd with draws Thomas Gideon one of the Jurors afd on which the Said Deft by Thomas Bowne his attry afd Prays Judgment for a non Suite and his Cost to be award: :ed Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz this twenty forth day of March Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd Plt John Hodges take nothing by his writ and Declaration afd and That the Said Deft go thereof without day &ca.
