                                         March Court 1715
   John Hodges | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the
        at | Sixteenth day of November in the Second year of the
   George Hill~~ | Reigne of his now Majestie George &ca. That he take
   George Hill of Sd County Shipp carpenter if he Should be found in-
   his Baylwick & him Safe keep So that he have his body before
   his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court
   house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto —
   John Hodges of a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he have
   then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt
   the twentieth day of March the Same was last mentioned the day
   of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent. high Sherf of —
   Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed
   as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shef- And the Said .
   Deft. being called Came and the Said Plt~. being not an Inhabitan[t]
   of this County Prays that he might put is Surty to the Deft to pay —
   Cost if he Should be non Suited in the accon afd which is granted.
   on which [illegible] John Johnson one of the Attrys of this Court Comes into Court
   and Saith that he will pay the Cost in the accõn afd of the Plt —
   Should be non Suited And the Plt Shall not pay it himselfe~
    And now the Said Plt~. by John Johnson his attry prays that the
   Said Deft~ may give Special bayle to the above accõn which is —
   granted and that he be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County
   untill he Shall give Special bayle to the Accõn afd . After which
   comes into Court Mr. Nathaniel Hynson of this County and acknowledg[es]
   himselfe Special bayle in the above accõn and doth undertake
   the payment of the Damages afd and Cost thereon accrueing if it
   Should happen that the Said Plt Shall obtain Judgment against the
   Said Deft in the Said accon of Trespass upon the Case and the
   Said Deft the Condemnation afd Should not Satisfie nor him
