                                    March Court 1715
   why Judgment Should not pass for the debt within mentioned to ~
   Satisfie to ye within named Nathaniel Hynson ye afd Debt and have
   made the Same known before James Frisby & Nathaniel Dier good
   & Lawfull men of my Baylwick as ye within Exacteth & Requireth
   pr   Wm Ffrisby Sherf ——
   And the afd Mary in her proper person appeared to the
   afd Sciri facias and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto ..
   and to Answer at next Court which was granted the Same day was
   given the Plt~ also
   The Same Cause being Continued from Court to Court untill this -
   present Court and now at this Court viz this twenty forth day .
   of March Anno Domi 1715 Came the afd Mary in her proper
   person and Saith that She Cannot gainsay the Sciri facias afd So
   as afd brought and that She is willing that Judgment Should be
   entred for the afd Sume of Seventeen hundred and twenty three
   pounds of Tobacco and Cost thereon accrueing Therefore it is —
   Considered by the Court here viz.t the Same day last mentioned That
   the afd Plt. Nathaniel Hynson for the afd Sume of Seventeen
   hundred and twenty three pounds of Tob.o and also the Same
   of Two hundred forty Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost on the premises
   afd have an Execution ag.st the afd Mary Bowles &ca ——
                                                                            Jams Smith Clk
   The plt Nathaniel Hynson Comes into Court and Saith that~
   he hath Recd in part of the abovesd Sume one Thousand .
   one hundred forty two pounds of Tobacco doth Release the
   abovesd Mary Bowles from the Same———
   John Faning | The Same being an Accon Trespass upon ye
             at | Case The Same cause is by the Court Conti:
   John Moore | :nued untill the then next Court— ———
