                                         March Court 1715
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz this twenty fourth
   day of March Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and —
   fifteen That the afd Plt Nathaniel Hynson Recover against the
   Said Deft~ George Gleaves Junr. as well the afd Sume of one pound
   Nineteen Shillings Sterling money And one Thousand and forty
   Six pounds of Tobacco Debt and also the Sume of Three hundred
   twenty Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd about his Suite in
   this behalfe laid out and expended and by the Court here of his—
   assent adjudged and that the Said Deft~. be taken into Custody

   David Young | Same accõn abates and that all proceedings

        ————— | greeting whereas in the year of our Lord
                at | Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and .
   Mary Bowles - | nine and in the year one Thousand Seven
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | hundred and Tenn Mary Bowles late of Kent
   County Widdow Stood indebted to Nathaniel Hynson then Sherf of Said
   County for three Leaveys at Eighty Seven pounds of Tobacco pr pole is
   two hundred Sixty one pounds of Tobacco Commissarys fees to William
   Bladen Esqr. four hundred and Sixteen pounds of Tobacco Deputy Com:
  :misarys fees to Thomas Smith Esqr. one hundred and fifty pounds of
   Tobacco also two Leaveys more at Eighty five pounds of Tobacco is
   one hundred and Seventy pounds of Tobacco Sherrifes fees thirty pds
   of Tobacco And Deputy Commissarys fees to Thomas Smith Esqr.
   two hundred pounds of Tobacco which in the whole amounts
   to the Sume of Seventeen hundred and twenty three pounds of
   Tobacco as by an Acco.t~ thereof hereunto Annexed and the Same
   Satisfaciõn hath not Yet been made Wee Therefore Command
