   that the afd Plt James Williamson Recover against the afd Deft
   Nathaniel Pearce as well the afd Sume of five hundred pounds
   of Merchantable Tobacco Damages and also the Sume of .
   two hundred Sixty Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd.
   Plt about his Suite in this behalfe laid out and Expended &
   by the Court here of his assent adjudged and that the Said Deft
   be in mercy &ca ——

   Laughlin Flinn | year of the Reigne of his now Majestie George
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | &ca. that he take Laughlin Flinn of Kent County
   Innholder if he Shold be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keep So that
   he have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next County.
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County
   to Answer unto Cornelius Dea of a plea of Trespass upon the Case
   and that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said
   next Court viz the Twentieth day of March the Same year last mention:
  :ed The day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high—
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon~
   Endorsed as folls viz.t Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Shef- And the
   Sd Deft by John Roberts and John Johnson his attorneys appears
   to the above Accõn and a Decln and plea being filed in Said Accõn
   in ordr. for tryal this Court after which C The Same accõn was -
   Continued untill next Court ———
