   Timothy Slauter afd the fourth day of November last before the
   Justice afd Entrd into Recog.e in the Sume of Tenn pds Sterl.g to be.
   levey’d &ca. if he did not make his personall ap.ce at Court to Answr.
   unto what Shall be objected agst. him Concerning his Committing —
   fornication with a Certain Mary Tendall &ca. no person Shewing to
   this Court any reason why the Same Recoge Should not be discharged .
   This Court here discharges the Same
   Robert Mecks [Meeks?] the Same day afd before ye Justice afd Entrd into Recog
   in the Sume of five pds Sterlg to be Leveyd &ca. for the apce of the [Sd?]
   Timothy to answer as afd. The Same Recog is by this Court Dischg’d
   The afd Timothy Slauter haveing been charged as afd Comes into .
   Court and aprs to the Same as haveing Commited fornication w.th the
   afd Mary Tendall . And Saith that he did Committ the fact afd
   with the Said Mary and wholly Submits himselfe to the Court on~
   the Same Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz this
   twenty first day of March Anno Domini one Thousand Seven —
   hundred and fifteen That the Said Timothy pay the Sume of Thirty
   Shillings Currant money Debt for Committing fornication as afd according
   to Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca. and also the Sume of~
                                                                                                        one
