The Said James takes the Oath of allegiance and . Supremacy the Oath of abjuration and the accustomed Oath of Clarke and also Signes the Oath of abjuration . Michael Hackett. at the request of Mr William Frisby high Sherf takes the Oath of Allegiance and Supremacy the Oath of abjuration and the Oath of under Sherf. and also Signes the Oath of abjuration George Worsley takes the Oath of allegiance and Supremacy the oath of abjuration and the Oath of Cryer and Signes the oath of abjurat[tion] Mr John Johnson is appointed by this Court Clarke of the Indictments and takes the oath of allegiance and Supremacy the Oath of abjuration and the Oath of an Attry and Signes ye oath of abjuration. M.r Thomas Bowne & M.r James Earle takes the Oath of allegiance & Supremacy the Oath of abjuration & the usuall Oath of Attry. and also Signes the Oath of abjuration Proclamation for the Grand Jury Samuel Wickes being Return’d by the Sherf on the pannell for a - Grandy Jury man And being Solemnly Called Came not nor any prson in his behalfe doth Shew any cause to the Court why he Should not be find for his non appearance Therefore it is Considered by the Court~ here That the Said Samuel Wickes be find the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco according to an Act of Assembly in Such Case made & Provided for not appearing as a Grand Jury man &ca Jams Smith Clk |
