   Att A Court held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of
   Chester in Said County on the Second day of March in the Second Year
   of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great
   Brittain France and Ireland King Defender of the Ffaith &ca Anno Domi
   one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen This day the Sherf of this
   County [by verture of a writ of Election from his Excellency John Hart
   Esquier bearing date the Sixteenth day of February last retunable to
   the twenty third day of Aprill next] Sumoned three Justices and the
   Clark of the Court to Sitt as a Court and to make proclamation -
   when the day of Election is to be in this County and where in pursuance
   to the Same writ viz.t

   M.r William Frisby Sherf of this County Produces to this Court the
   afd writ of Election which Runns in the Lord Proprietaris name]
   which is by the Clarke of the Court Read for the Chooseing of four deputys
   or deligates to Serve in a Genrall assembly at the Citty of Annapolis
   the Twenty third day of Aprill next in Pursuance to the Same This Court
   doth appoint Tuesday the thirteenth of this Instant March to meet at-
   this County Court house at about tenn Clock in ye morning and proclan.
   being according made by the und.r Sher, and thereupon this Court~
   adjourns to the Same day last mentioned —
