                               Novembr Court 1715
   him the Said Plt. nor but that the writeing obligatory above
   mentioned is his act & Deed and that he oweth unto the afd
   Plt as in the Declaration afd is mentioned and is willing that
   Judgment Should be entred against him for the Same and Cost~
   thereon accrueing: Therefore it is Considered by the Court
   here vizt. this fifteenth day of November Annoque Domini One
   Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That that afd Plt Renatus
   Smith do Recover against the afd Deft John Cockram as well
   the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco the Debt afd as —
   also the Sume of Three hundred fifty two pounds of Tobacco
   Costs by the afd Plt about his Suite in this behalfe expended &
   by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft~.

   Joseph Milbe Deft~. | in the Second Year of the Reigne of

   take Joseph Milbe of Kent County Labourer if he Should be found .
   in his Baylwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before
   his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house
   in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto William Brown
   of a plea of Trespass upon ye Case And that he have then and there
   the Said writ &ca. Att which Said next Court viz this fifteenth day of
   Novembr. ye Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said
   writ Came William Frisby Gent~ high Sherf of Said County -
   and made return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as
