       Prince Georges County To wit
       On this 25 day of June in the year 1844
       before the subscriber a Justice of the
       Peace of said County personally appeared
       John T Beavins and make oath on the
       Holy Evangely of Almighty God that negro
       woman Mary Bowling (now with him) is
       the same negro woman named in the
       will of the late William J Rawlings and
       by said Rawlings set free in said Will

                                        Geo W Wilson   J.P.
          magistrates fee 12½ cts
