                   I William A Jarboe Register of
       wills for Said County and State aforesaid
       do hereby Certify that the barer hereof
       Achram negro woman five feet one inch
       high of light Colour who was born in the
       famly of Allice Duvall Late of Said County
       deceased & State aforesaid was Liberated and
       set free by the last will and Testament
       of the Said Allice Duvall bearing
       date the 22.nd day of June 1863 and
       duly proved and now ref in record
       remaining in the Registers office
       for the said State & County for
       her and her wives became free
       made Loice at the death
       of said
