                               Then came Mary Ann
       Lanham one of the witnesses to the
       aforegoing Named Codicil to the last
       will and testament of Mary Chesley late
       of Prince Georges County accored and
       Made Oath on the Holy Evangely of
       Almighty that Negro Man Ben Mentioned
       in the aforegoing certificate of freedom
       is the Same Servant Ben that is
       Mentioned in the aforsaid Mentioned
       Codicil to the last will and testament
       of the said Mary Chesley and
       left face by said Codicil
