       Prince Georges County - State of Maryland
             To wit:

       I certify that on this 21.st day of February
       in the year 1844, personally appeared
       before me a Justice of the peace of said county
       John W Perkins and made oath on
       the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that
       Negro Woman Nancy Lee, aged about
       thirty-eight years of dark complexion,
       about five feet high, is the same
       negro woman purchased by her
       father Lancaster Lee from Elsworth
       Bayne, as of record appears
