                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof a mulatto
       man by the name of Daniel Tasker of the age of
       thirty six years five feet six inches high having a
       Sharp Visage who was raised by the late Richard
       Bennett Hall Esq.r of the county aforesaid is a
       freeman and became entitled to his freedom by a
       Deed of Manumission from Francis M. Hall and
       Richard L. Hall bearing date the thirtieth instant
       duly executed and acknowledged and this day deposited
       in my office to be recorded

                Given under my hand and seal of office
                this thirty first day of December in the year of
                our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen
