36 five feet three inches and an half high and who was raised in Prince Georges County is a Free boy being the son of Margery Dodson who was a free born woman of colour Given under my hand and seal of office this 13.th day of July in the year Eighteen Hundred and twelve John Read Magruder Clk P G Cy C.t Maryland Prince Georges County to wit I hereby certify that the bearer hereof a Negro Man named Philip about thirty one or two years of age five feet nine inches and an half high of a dark complexion by trade a Brick Maker lisps in talking and who was raised in the family of Jacob Iglehart Deceased in Prince Georges County is a freeman and obtained his freedom in virtue of a Deed of Manumission from Mary Iglehart bearing date the sixteenth day of June Eighteen Hundred and ten duly acknowledged and recorded in one of the Land records of Prince Georges County Given under my hand and seal of office this twenty first day of July Eighteen Hundred and twelve John Read Magruder Clk P G Cy C.t |
