                I hereby certify that negro Elizabeth the
       bearer hereof who calls herself Elizabeth Gaither
       a black girl about nineteen years of age five feet
       two inches high has a scar on the right arm occasioned
       by a cut that the said Elizabeth Gaither is a free
       girl and was born free in the County aforesaid
       being the daughter of Chloe Clarke a free woman
       of Colour
