                I hereby certify that Jarrot otherwise called Jarrot Butler the
       bearer hereof a Dark Mulatto ^Black^ Boy about fifteen years of age five
       feet six and three quarter Inches high  that the said Jarrot is a free
       Boy and was born free in the County aforesaid being the reputed
       son of Henny Butler a free woman of Colour
