                   I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Sally
       Clark a bright mulatto girl about twelve years of
       age five feet three inches high that the said
       Sally is a free girl and was born free in the County
       aforesaid being the reputed daughter of Peggy
       Clarke a free woman of Colour
