       among the Land Records of
       Prince Georges County

          Given under my hand and seal of office this
                         twenty sixth day of July in the year

               I hereby certify that negro Charity (otherwise
       called Charity Hall the bearer hereof a bright mulatto
       girl about nineteen years of age four feet ten and one
       quarter inches high has no perceivable mark or
       scar that the said Charity Hall is a free girl
       and set free by Henry L Hall of the county aforesaid
       by manumission duly acknowledged and recorded in my
       office the 28.th May 1810
