(A)  IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED.

"BOARD" MEANS THE BOARD OF REVENUE ESTIMATES.

THERE IS A BOARD OF REVENUE ESTIMATES.

(B)  COMPOSITION.

THE BOARD CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING 3 EX OFFICIO MEMBERS:

(1)  THE COMPTROLLER;

(2)  THE TREASURER; AND

(3)  THE SECRETARY OF BUDGET AND FISCAL PLANNING.

(C)  EXECUTIVE SECRETARY.

THE CHIEF IS THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF THE BOARD.
