5-608. OBJECTIVES, STANDARDS, AND PRINCIPLES.

THE PLAN SHALL CONTAIN A STATEMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES,
STANDARDS, AND PRINCIPLES SOUGHT TO BE EXPRESSED IN THE PLAN.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as Art. 88C,
§ 2(b)(1) and the second clause of the fourth sentence
of (b).

The only changes are in style.

"Plan" § 5-601

5-609. CAPITAL PLANS AND PROGRAMS.

THE PLAN SHALL CONTAIN A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS AND
EVALUATION OF THE CAPITAL PLANS AND PROGRAMS OF EACH UNIT OF THE
STATE GOVERNMENT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as Art. 88C,
§ 2(b)(6) and the second clause of the fourth sentence
of (b).

The phrase "each unit of the State government" is
substituted for the former phrase "the State
departments, agencies, commissions, and
instrumentalities", for clarity and to conform with
similar provisions elsewhere in this article.

The only other changes are in style.

5-610. GRANTS, LOANS, AND SERVICES.

THE PLAN SHALL CONTAIN A REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF:

(1)  ALL FEDERAL GRANTS, LOANS, OR SERVICES AVAILABLE
TO THE STATE;

(2)  ALL STATE GRANTS TO LOCAL GOVERNMENTS; AND

(3)  THE IMPACT OF ANY EXISTING OR PROPOSED FEDERAL
PROGRAM ON THE STATE.
