820 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 11 (C) QUALIFICATIONS. THE CHIEF MUST BE EXPERIENCED AND SKILLED IN THE FIELD OF (D) SALARY. THE CHIEF IS ENTITLED TO THE SALARY PROVIDED IN THE STATE REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived Defined terms: "Chief" § 4-401 4-414. POWERS AND DUTIES OF CHIEF. (A) IN GENERAL. THE CHIEF IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE DEPARTMENT FOR: (1) ADMINISTERING THE DIVISION; AND (2) CARRYING OUT ANY FUNCTION ASSIGNED TO THE (B) ORGANIZATION OF DIVISION.
