The former references to the "Department of Budget and
Procurement" and the jurisdiction of the "Secretary of
Budget and Fiscal Planning" are deleted as obsolete
because the Purchasing Bureau has been transferred to

4-303. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY.

THE SECRETARY MAY DELEGATE ANY POWER OR DUTY SET FORTH IN
PART I OR PART II OF THIS SUBTITLE TO THE CHIEF OF THE PURCHASING
BUREAU.
