(5) Delegate recordkeeping responsibilities of the
Program to the Volunteer Length of Service Award Program
administrative committee of the Cecil County [Firemen's]
FIREMAN'S Association;

37A.

(a) (3) The public notice required by this subsection
shall:

(i) Be given at least once;

(ii) Appear at least 1 week, but not more than
30 days, before the final date for submitting bids;

(iii) If the contract pertains to bridge or
road work, set forth the place where the bridge or road is to be
constructed or repaired;

(iv) Set forth a description of the goods or
services being bid on;

(v) Provide notice that sealed proposals for
the goods or [service] SERVICES will be received until a day
named in the advertisement; and

(vi) Provide notice of the date for the opening
of the bids.

Article 25A - Chartered Counties of Maryland

5.

The following enumerated express powers are granted to and
conferred upon any county or counties which hereafter form a
charter under the provisions of Article XI-A of the Constitution,
that is to say:

(FF) Commercial District Management Authority

In accordance with the provisions of this subsection, to
establish a commercial district management authority for any
commercial district within its geographical limits.

[(i)] (1) As to each authority it establishes, the
county governing body shall:

[1.] (I) Specify the membership, organization,
jurisdiction, and geographical limits of the authority;

[2.] (II) Specify one or more of the following
as the purposes of the authority:
