maintenance, or amenities within the district; and

3. Provide such financing as it deems
appropriate for the authority through fees which may be charged
to, or taxes which may be levied against, businesses subject to
the authority's jurisdiction.

Subtitle 2. St. Mary's County
OPEN MEETINGS ACT

4-202.

(b) "Public agency" includes:

(1)  Any agency, assembly, authority, board, bureau,
commission, committee, counsel, or department of St. Mary's
County, except as provided in [§ 24] § 4-209 of this subtitle,
including advisory and quasi-judicial agencies, supported in
whole or in part by public funds or authorized to expend public
funds; and

(2)  Subcommittees and other subordinate units of the
agencies above.

4-203.

(a)  All meetings of a public agency at which official
action is taken regarding public business are open to the public,
except as provided in [§ 25] § 4-210.

(b)  Staff meetings of a public agency are open to the
public.

4-204.

(b)  All public agencies shall give supplemental written
public notice of any special or rescheduled meeting, except as
provided in [§ 19(d)] § 4-204(D), no later than 48 hours before
the meeting. The notice shall include the agenda, date, time and
place of the meeting.
