Maryland State Police from the employee's residence on a day on
which the employee is not scheduled to work and changes the
employee's status from off-duty to on-duty, the employee shall
receive a minimum of 4 hours of overtime compensation, which
shall be computed under subparagraph (ii) of this paragraph. If
the employee works more than 4 hours at one time after being
called out under this subparagraph the employee shall receive
overtime compensation for each additional hour as provided in
subparagraph (ii) of this paragraph.

9-301.
(2) If the secured party files with respect to a
purchase-money security interest before or within 20 days after
the debtor receives possession of the collateral, he takes
priority over the rights of a transferee in bulk or of a "lien
creditor which arise between the time the security interest
attaches and the time of filing.
Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings
2-309.
(r) (2) (i) The Sheriff of Prince George's County shall be
provided with 4 full-time assistant sheriffs, and all assistant
sheriffs shall be selected and appointed by the Sheriff and serve
at his pleasure. One of the assistant sheriffs shall be
appointed as the chief assistant sheriff. The assistant sheriffs
shall be considered line officers, if so designated by the
Sheriff.
(ii) Each assistant sheriff shall:
1. Receive an annual salary of $31,065;
2. Be provided with an automobile for so
long as they shall remain appointed assistant sheriff, for the
use and work of the office of Sheriff, with adequate maintenance
and insurance of the automobile to be at the expense of the
county; and
3. Be provided with an expense allowance
of not more than $1,500 annually, an accounting of which shall be
submitted to the County Director of Finance for approval.
(iii) The assistant sheriffs shall devote their
full time and attention to the office of Sheriff.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.
