1984, the requirement of a public hearing before TEMPORARILY
designating or removing the designation of a parking permit area;
and to [[PROVIDE FOR]] SUBSTITUTE public notice, written public
comment, additional information, and written copies of the county
executive's decision on parking permit areas WHEN THE PUBLIC
HEARING PROCESS IS SUSPENDED.

Rescue Commission to conform with the provisions for the adoption
of executive regulations, as contained in Chapter 24 of the Laws
of Montgomery County 1984 (Bill 46-83), WHEN ADOPTING EXCEPTIONS
OR ADDITIONS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PERSONNEL REGULATIONS AND when
adopting exceptions to amendments to the Comprehensive County
Personnel Regulations made by the County Executive and approved
by the County Council.
