definition of "rezoned to a more intensive use"; to decrease the
rates on land assessed at farm values for less than 4 years; to
decrease the rates on farm-assessed lands in the RDT zone and
lands covered by easements against development; and to make
technical AND CLARIFYING amendments; AND GENERALLY RELATING TO
REAL PROPERTY TITLE TRANSFER TAX.

cats; providing for alternative means of identifying cats;
providing for the establishment of differential license fees for
altered dogs, regardless of sex; defining "altered"; requiring
that a dog or cat brought to a veterinarian for treatment be
licensed; requiring that the Department of Animal Control be
notified if it is medically indicated that a dog or cat should
not be vaccinated; repealing the amount of the license fee for
commercial kennels; and generally relating to animal control.
