Laws of Montgomery County 1985

AN ACT to amend Chapter 56, title "Urban Renewal and
Community Development" of the Montgomery County Code, 1972, (1977
Replacement Volume) as amended, by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments Section 56-1, title "Rehabilitation Loan Fund" of
Article 1, title "In General", to authorize loans from the
Montgomery County Rehabilitation Loan Fund to non-profit,
tax exempt organizations, corporations, or foundations that own
historic structures and properties within the County for the
purpose of rehabilitating the structures, provided that the loan
to the organization, corporation, or foundation is approved by
the Montgomery County Historic Preservation Commission.

Effective Date October 11, 1984.

Laws of Montgomery County 1985

AN ACT to amend Chapter 29A, title "Legislative Oversight"
of the Montgomery County Code 1972, as amended for the purpose of
expanding the duties of the Office of Legislative Oversight;
altering the start of the term of office of the Director of that
Office; providing that a copy of a report made by the Office of
Legislative Oversight be made available to the director of any
agency or department that is the subject of the report; and
providing that the director of that agency or department make
certain written comments.

Effective Date October 11, 1984.
