AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Article II, heading, Stormwater Control, of Chapter 10, heading,
Sediment Control, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
provide for the management of stormwater in Harford County; to
provide for the prevention of land erosion from storms; to
establish standards for the construction of stormwater management
systems in Harford County; to require permits for installation of
stormwater management systems; to provide for maintenance of
these systems; to provide for penalties for violation of this
Ordinance; and to generally provide for stormwater management.

Effective Date August 20, 1984.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to propose an amendment to Article II of
the Charter of Harford County, Maryland, titled, Legislative
Branch, by repealing and re-enacting Section 213 thereof,
subtitled, County Auditor; to provide for additional time in
submitting the annual financial audit; and to further provide for
the submission of this amendment to the legally qualified voters
of Harford County for their adoption or rejection in accordance
with Section 905 of the Charter of Harford County, Maryland.

Effective Date December 7, 1984.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Section 11-38, heading, Tax Credit
for Aged and Handicapped Persons and Other Tax Credits of Article
II, heading, Real Property Tax Credits, of Chapter 11, heading,
Finance and Taxation, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
delete a real property tax credit for the Children's Fresh Air
Society of Maryland, Inc.; and to provide tax credits for real
and tangible personal property owned by the Habonim Camp
Association Company, Incorporated.

Effective Date September 7, 1984.
