Installment, to Article 1, heading, In General, Chapter 11,
heading, Finance and Taxation, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide the County Council, by Resolution, may
establish a redemption rate OF INTEREST for county real property
taxes which are overdue and in arrears; to establish deferred
payment tax installments on county real property taxes for
taxpayers experiencing financial hardship.

Effective date April 16, 1984.

AN ACT to add new Subsection (6) to Section 16-51. (a),
heading, Exemptions, of Article II, heading, Code of Ethics, of
Chapter 16, heading, Personnel, of the Harford County Code, as
amended, to modify provisions concerning exemption of gifts; and
to provide generally for additional standards for Code of Ethics.

Effective Date May 7, 1984.

Bill No. 84-10 (as amended)

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend the Zoning District Maps, adopted
pursuant to Bill No. 82-40, as amended, and enacted into law by
Harford County, Maryland; to amend the zoning classifications
depicted on the Zoning District Maps for the below-described
properties, to correct mapping errors.

Effective Date March 22, 1984.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 6-52,
heading, Appointment of Citizens Advisory Groups Appointed in
Accordance with the Charter of Harford County, Maryland, of
Article VII, heading, Community Antenna Television, of Chapter 6,
heading, Businesses, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
eliminate mandatory requirements for the appointment of Community
Antenna Television Citizens Advisory Groups; to provide the
County Council, as the Granting Authority, discretionary power to
appoint Community Antenna Television Citizens Advisory Groups;
and generally, to provide for the appointment of Community
Television Advisory Groups.

Effective Date June 22, 1984.
