AN ACT concerning

Employee's Retirement System

FOR the purpose of authorizing part-time employees to discontinue
membership in the employee's retirement system under certain
conditions; placing restrictions upon withdrawal from the
system by such employees after a certain date; authorizing
such employees to elect to join the system at certain time
intervals; restating the provisions of the retirement system
applicable to part-time employees, including provisions for
the purchase of credit; removing obsolete language; and
generally relating to membership in the employee's
retirement system for part-time employees.
