AN ACT concerning

Development Regulations - Land Reclamation

FOR the purpose of providing for the reclamation, use, and
development of land in Baltimore County; defining terms;
providing for the filing of a Reclamation Development Plan;
providing for the contents of the plan; providing certain
procedures for the consideration and approval of a plan;
requiring certain notices of meetings; providing for certain
conditions for the use and development of land pursuant to a
Reclamation Development Plan; providing for the time limit
for the validity of a plat for which there is an approved
Reclamation Development Plan; and generally relating to the
use and development of Reclamation Property.
