Stormwater Management

FOR the purpose of adopting a stormwater management program in
accordance with § 8-11A-02 of the Natural Resources Article
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, including definitions,
exemptions, waivers, variances, requirements for stormwater
management plans and permits, permit fees, security,
inspection requirements, maintenance requirements, authority
to adopt design standards and penalties and generally
relating to stormwater management.
