AN ACT concerning

Zoning Regulations - Hotels and Motels

FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning
Regulations in order to permit hotels and motels to be
located in M.L.R. and M.L. zones as a matter of right,
subject to certain conditions; permitting these uses as a
matter of right in the B.M. zone, AND ELIMINATING THESE USES
AS A PERMITTED SPECIAL EXCEPTION IN THE B.M. ZONE.
