recommended in the Landscape Manual and to require that
screening and landscaping be provided by reference to the

PROCESSING REGULATIONS WITH RESPECT TO DEVELOPMENT PLANS IN
RAE ZONES.

AN ACT concerning

O.T. (Office and Technology) Zone

FOR the purpose of providing for a new zone in the Baltimore
County Zoning Regulations known as the O.T. (Office and
Technology) Zone; stating certain findings and the purposes
to be served by such zones; authorizing certain uses in such
zones; providing bulk regulations and other requirements for
such zones; and generally amending the Development
Regulations and the Zoning Regulations in order to create
and regulate the new O.T. Zone.
