ANNEXATION RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION PROPOSED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF LAYTONSVILLE
PURSUANT TO SECTION 19 OF ART. 23A OF THE ANNO. CODE OF MP. 1957
ED. (1981 REPL. VOL.), TO ANNEX CERTAIN LAND WHICH IS CONTIGUOUS
TO THE EXISTING CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN, THEREBY ADDING
SAID LAND TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN, DESCRIBING THE
LAND TO BE ANNEXED, AND STATING THE CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES
WHICH WILL APPLY TO CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE AREA TO BE ANNEXED.

ANNEXATION OF
PROPERTY LYING ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF LIPPY ALLEY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3 (Home Rule) of Article XI-E
(Municipal Corporations) of the Constitution of Maryland and of
Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1981
Repl. Vol., as amended), title "Corporations - Municipal,"
sub-title "Annexation," the Town of Manchester is vested with the
authority to enlarge the boundaries of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the area to be annexed is bounded on all sides by
real property presently within the corporate limits of the Town;
this annexation will not create any unincorporated area which is
bounded on all sides by real property presently within the
corporate limits of the Town, real property proposes to be within
the corporate limits of the Town as a result of this annexation,
