NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of
Article 23A, Section 19 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, that
the Town of Edmonston proposes annexing the below described
property:

ANNEXATION RESOLUTION
Charter Amendment No. 27-84
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of
Elkton adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XIE of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 19 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 1981 Replacement
Volume, 1983 Cum.. Supp.) for the enlargement of the corporate
boundaries of said Town by the annexation of certain land
contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate area by
amending the provisions of the Code of Cecil County, Maryland,
Chapter 27, which incorporates the Charter of the Town of Elkton
and constituting and amendment to the municipal charter of the
body politic and corporate known as the Town of Elkton.
