RESOLUTION NO. 190

A resolution to Amend the Charter of the City of Crisfield,
the Same being Part I of the Code of the City of Crisfield,
pursuant to Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland:

[Section C6-1 of the Charter of the City of Crisfield,
Somerset County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added.

Effective Date April 4, 1985]

CHARTER AMENDMENT

RESOLUTION NO. 92

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority contained in Article
11-E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and Section 13
of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, entitled
"Municipal Corporations", as said Section was enacted by Chapter
423 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1955,
entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
CUMBERLAND, MARYLAND (1966 EDITION), BY REPEALING SECTIONS 10,
11, AND 12 IN THEIR ENTIRETY AND BY ENACTING NEW SECTIONS 10, 11
AND REENACTING WITH AMENDMENTS SECTION 12, WHICH SAID SECTIONS
SHALL GOVERN THE CONDUCT OF MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS WITHIN THE CITY
OF CUMBERLAND."

[Section(s) 10 and 11 of the Charter of the City of
Cumberland, Allegany County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added
and Section 12 of the Charter of the City of Cumberland, Allegany
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
