FOR the purpose of providing that a person is not excused from
testifying or complying with a summons or subpoena under
certain circumstances; providing that a person compelled to
testify or produce documents under this Act shall be exempt
from prosecution, trial, and punishment for certain crimes
and offenses; providing for the administration of this Act;
providing for the applicability and termination of this Act;
and making this Act an emergency measure.

(A) AN OFFICER, DIRECTOR, OR EMPLOYEE OF ANY SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION MAY NOT EMBEZZLE, ABSTRACT, PURLOIN, OR
WILLFULLY MISAPPLY ANY OF THE MONEYS, FUNDS, OR CREDITS OF THE
ASSOCIATION, OR ANY MONEYS, FUNDS, ASSETS, OR SECURITIES
ENTRUSTED TO THE CUSTODY OR CARE OF THE ASSOCIATION OR TO THE
CUSTODY OR CARE OF THE OFFICER, DIRECTOR, OR EMPLOYEE.
