intentions of such Local Issuers, including the
information described in Section 4(a) above.
Section 5. Projections for 1984 by the Secretary. On or
before September 3, 1984, the Secretary shall issue a report
containing the amount of Private Activity Bonds expected to
be issued within the State during the calendar year 1984,
and specifying the anticipated volume of Private Activity
Bonds which may or may not be included in the State Ceiling
for 1984.
Section 6. Final Allocations.
(a) On or before October 1, 1984, each State Issuer,
County and Municipal Corporation shall update its
report filed pursuant to Section 4 above by filing a
supplemental report with the Secretary, describing
Private Activity Bonds that have been issued and
that are expected to be issued during the remainder
of the calendar year and containing all of the
information with respect to each facility and each
financing required by the report described in
Section 4 above.
(b) Based on these reports, the Secretary shall, no
later than October 19, 1984, propose the allocation
or re-allocation, as appropriate, of the Maryland
State Ceiling among State Issuers, Counties and
Municipal Corporations. Any previous allocations
with respect to which Private Activity Bonds have
not been issued may be taken away from specific
State Issuers, Counties, or Municipal Corporations,
and may be granted to other State Issuers, Counties
or Municipalities as follows:
(1) specific amounts may be made available to
specific State Issuers, Counties and Municipal
Corporations;
(2) a specific amount may be set aside to be made
available to Counties in accordance with the
procedures set forth in Section 1(c)(1) above;
(3) a specific amount may be set aside to be made
available to Municipal Corporations in
accordance with the procedures set forth in
Section 1(c)(2) above; and
(4) a specific amount may be set aside to be made
available to State Issuers in accordance with
the procedures set forth in Section 1(c)(3)
above.
(c) State Issuers, Counties, and Municipal Corporations
may submit comments to the Secretary with respect to
