County and Municipal Corporation which has either
issued Private Activity Bonds in calendar years 1983
or 1984 or intends to issue Private Activity Bonds
in calendar year 1984 shall submit to the Secretary
a report:

(1)  specifying the dollar volume of Private
Activity Bonds issued during calendar years
1983 and 1984, including (A) a list of
facilities financed, (B) the amount of
financing for each facility, and (C) the date
or dates of approval of such financing by the
issuer of bonds, (D) the type of bond issue
(including the basis for tax exemption under
the Code), and (E) specifying the extent to
which any allocation from the State or from a
County has been made available or will be
necessary for such issues, and describing the
reasons therefor; and

(2)  describing its plans or present intentions to
issue Private Activity Bonds during the balance
of calendar year 1984, specifying, to the
extent possible, (A) the facilities to be
financed, (B) the anticipated amount of
financing for each facility, (C) the date or
dates of approval (or anticipated date of
approval) of such financing by the. issuer of
bonds (including the date of legislative and
executive approval of any resolution or
ordinance which has been adopted), (D) the type
of bond issue (including the basis for tax
exemption under the Code), (E) the anticipated
date of issuance of the bonds and (F)
specifying whether or not each such issue will"
be subject to the State Ceiling for 1984; and

(3)  providing the Secretary with a list of projects
which may be entitled pursuant to the
provisions of H.R. 4170 to priority during
calendar year 1985 (including all projects for
which a notice of intention to claim priority
has been received or is expected to be
received), including information with respect
to each project as described in paragraph (2)
above, which list shall be supplemented, if
necessary, to reflect any subsequent notices of
intent to claim priority which a Maryland
Governmental Unit may receive after August 15,
1984.

(b) Each County report shall also contain the volume for
Local Issuers (other than Municipal Corporations)
within its boundaries for calendar year 1983 (giving
the date of each issue) and the plans or present
