HARRY HUGHES, Governor                                      4079

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1985.

May 28, 1985
The Honorable Benjamin L. Cardin
Speaker of the House of Delegates
State House
Annapolis, Maryland 21404

Dear Mr. Speaker:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland
Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 1567.

This bill requires the State Board of Pharmacy to keep a
record that may include the home address of each licensed
pharmacist.

Senate Bill 633, which was passed by the General Assembly
and signed by me on May 21, 1985, accomplishes the same purpose.
Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign House Bill 1567.

Sincerely,
Harry Hughes
Governor

House Bill No. 1567

AN ACT concerning

FOR the purpose of requiring the State Board of Pharmacy to keep
a record that may include the home address of each licensed
pharmacist.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - Health Occupations
Section 12-205(b)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1981 Volume and 1984 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
