In subsection (d)(2) of this section, the former
reference to "does not" change is substituted for the
former reference to "may not be construed or may not
be applied to" change, for clarity.

Also in subsection (d)(2) of this section, the word
"normal" is deleted as included in the word "regular".

In subsection (f) of this section, the phrase   "the

owner shall certify" is substituted for the    term

"certified" to clarify who must take action under  this
subsection.

Also in subsection (f) of this section, the former
reference to "having been previously vacant" is
deleted as unnecessary in light of the reference to
the dwelling being "unsold, unrented, and unoccupied".

In subsection (g) of this section, the former phrase
"on or before the date of occupancy" is deleted in
light of the word "immediately".

Also in subsection (g) of this section,     the former

phrase "and regardless of whether the  dwelling is

sold, rented, or merely occupied" is    deleted as
superfluous.

Also in subsection (g) of this section, the former
reference to an "appropriate" notice is deleted as
superfluous.

In the introductory language of subsection (h) of this
section, the phrase "is available" is added for
clarity.

Also in the introductory language of subsection (h) of
this section, the former phrase "immediately following
construction or substantial rehabilitation" is deleted
as included in the defined term "dwelling".

In subsection (i) of this section, ' the phrase
"property tax credit under this section" is
substituted for the former phrase "all tax credits
which have been granted to the dwelling unit" since
the intent is that it apply only to this property tax
credit and not to all property tax credits granted.
