FOR the purpose of authorizing the Community Development
Administration to make, purchase, or participate in making
loans, to purchase the bonds, notes, or other obligations of
certain local issuers, or to provide other financial
assistance, in order to finance infrastructure projects;
defining certain terms; providing for the powers and
responsibilities of the Administration and the local
issuers; providing for the terms of the loans or the
issuance by local issuers and the purchase by the
Administration of the notes, bonds, or obligations of the
local issuers; requiring a task force to be created for a
certain purpose; providing for the membership of the task
force; requiring the Governor to appoint the chairman of the
task force; requiring the task force to submit its
recommendations to the Governor by a certain date;
providing for a delayed effective date; and generally
relating to the financing of infrastructure projects in
Maryland.

Administrative Departments of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Section(s) 266DD-3(i), (j), (k), and (m) through
(s), respectively.
