BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County
Section 2-401, 2-502, 2-509, and 2-510
Article 18 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1983 Edition, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes

76.

(g) The following expenses relating to the sale shall be
allowed, all of which shall be liens on the property to be sold:

(1)  The expense of publication of all notices.

(2)  The cost of the county or city surveyor's
description and plat, if necessary.

(3)  A fee to the attorney representing the county
treasurer for services, not exceeding fifteen dollars ($15.00)
for each property; except that in Baltimore City or any county
which has a paid full-time solicitor, counsel or attorney, this
fee shall be collected and paid into the general funds of the
city or county.

(4)  The auctioneer's fee, which in no case shall
exceed ten dollars ($10.00) for any day when one, two or three
properties are sold; and for any day when four or more properties
are sold the fee shall be three dollars ($3.00) for each property
sold. However, in Dorchester and Wicomico counties the
auctioneer's fee shall be $10 for each property sold, but in no
event shall the auctioneer's fee be less than $50 per day or
greater than $200 per day. IN QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY THE
AUCTIONEER'S FEE SHALL BE $7.50 FOR EACH PROPERTY SOLD.

(5)  In Baltimore County, where provision has been
made for the posting of the premises to be sold, a sum not in
excess of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50).
