HARRY HUGHES, Governor 3625 (B) EACH LICENSEE SHALL GIVE THE BOARD WRITTEN NOTICE OF 4.5-311.. SUBJECT TO THE HEARING PROVISIONS OF § 4.5-312 OF THIS (1) FRAUDULENTLY OR DECEPTIVELY OBTAINS OR ATTEMPTS (2) FRAUDULENTLY OR DECEPTIVELY USES A LICENSE; OR (3) VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THIS TITLE OR ANY 4.5-312. (A) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN TITLE 10, SUBTITLE 4 OF (B) THE BOARD SHALL GIVE NOTICE AND HOLD THE HEARING IN (C) THE BOARD MAY ADMINISTER OATHS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY (D) THE HEARING NOTICE TO BE GIVEN TO THE INDIVIDUAL SHALL (E) THE INDIVIDUAL MAY BE REPRESENTED AT THE HEARING BY (F) (1) THE BOARD MAY ISSUE SUBPOENAS IN CONNECTION WITH (2) IF A PERSON FAILS TO COMPLY WITH A SUBPOENA 4.5-313. ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY A FINAL DECISION OF THE BOARD IN A CONTESTED CASE, AS DEFINED IN § 10-201 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, MAY TAKE AN APPEAL AS ALLOWED IN §§ 10-215 AND 10-216 OF |
