3624 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 773, (1) THE DATE ON WHICH THE CURRENT LICENSE EXPIRES; (2) THE DATE BY WHICH THE BOARD MUST RECEIVE THE (3) THE AMOUNT OF THE RENEWAL FEE. (C) BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES, THE LICENSEE PERIODICALLY (1) OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO BE LICENSED; (2) PAYS TO THE BOARD THE RENEWAL FEE OF $25 PER YEAR; AND (3) SUBMITS TO THE BOARD: (I) A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE FORM THAT THE (II) SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH (D) IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER QUALIFICATIONS AND (E) THE BOARD SHALL RENEW THE LICENSE OF EACH LICENSEE WHO 4.5-309. THE BOARD, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS REGULATIONS, SHALL (1) MEETS THE RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS OF § 4.5-308 OF (2) PAYS TO THE BOARD THE REINSTATEMENT FEE SET BY (3) SUBMITS TO THE BOARD SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE OF 4.5-310.
