(1981 Replacement Volume and 1984 Supplement)

FOR the purpose of authorizing Howard County Anne Arundel County,
Howard County, and Montgomery County to levy and collect
taxes for certain public transportation services under
certain circumstances; and generally relating to the
authority of Howard Anne Arundel, Howard, and Montgomery
Counties to levy and collect taxes for public transportation
services.

BY adding to

Article - Transportation

Section 7-801 to be under the new subtitle "Subtitle 8.

Public Transportation Services"
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1977 Volume and 1984 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
